USB Bluetooth Adapter can send files to my phone but won't allow me to receive...

...them on my computer.? I have an IOGear USB Bluetooth Adapter for my computer which I use and have used to send and receive ringtones, pictures, etc. to and from my phone which is an LG Vu. My current problem is that I can send pictures and ringtones to my phone all day long but never can I send anything on my phone to my Computer. I was just able to do it about a week ago and now all of a sudden I can't view any of the files on my phone through my computer but I can still send files to my phone. I have updated the drivers, that did nothing. I have reinstalled the device, which also did nothing. I have tried unpairing the two devices and repairing them and that, again, did nothing. Any suggestions?

Once you connect your phone to your computer, a notice should pop up (new hardware detected). Then, a list on what you want to do with it should appear. Select the "Explore Files" option. Now you can access the files within your handphone. Just shift the files from the folder to your computer then!
