Does a Rogers phone support in Cuba?

    Hi,

I'm going to Varadero, Cuba soon. I have a Nokia N95 8GB with Rogers. I know that Cuba supports GSM network, but I still wonder if I need to do any modifications on my phone...

Yes,Your Nokia N95 works in cuba. But cost your call charges expensive one.You can avoid expensive call charges(Roaming charge) by some of the following instructions .
    1.Turn your voicemail off
2.Just switch Data Roaming off with a help of your service provider.
3.Try to access network through Wi-Fi while visiting abroad.
4.You can also avoid roaming by using the local carrier sim card, which is available in that country. Before put local carrier,Make sure your phone is unlocked or not.If it's restricted by some network, try to unlock your phone using TheUnlockArena.com Here you can unlock your phone at low cost.Once unlock your phone, you will be able to use other country carrier when you need.
