The Jaguars haven't looked like they've wanted to win a game since week 5.

Based on the fact that the Colts need to win and the Jaguars don't care, it would be hard to say the Jags are going to step up tonight.

Anything can happen and division games can sometimes bring out the best in teams. But, I really don't think the Jags have played up to their potential for the last two months.
