    Does eating one day and not eating the other day make u lose weight? is it healthy?

    Hello im 16 6' 2 and 230 pounds...my advanced placement biology teacher (who by the way has a PHd) told me that for men eating one day and not eating the other day makes u lose weight fast...i was thinking of maybe trying this and working out but is it healthy or is it even true she didnt tell me if it was healthy or not... would you sugget i try it

    i didnt say i was gonna do it i was just thinking about i also just thought about running everyday eating right and doing 100 pushups a day

    I wouldn't do this.

    1.Just don't eat until you are full, eat until you are satisfied.
    2.Walk only 10min a day everyday, not that hard. Must be 10min straight not overall. Exercising 20min 1 day every other day would be fine also.
    3.No junk food.
    4.Vitamins
    5.LOTS of water.

    Do all this and you will lose weight
