Hello im 16 6' 2 and 230 pounds...my advanced placement biology teacher (who by the way has a PHd) told me that for men eating one day and not eating the other day makes u lose weight fast...i was thinking of maybe trying this and working out but is it healthy or is it even true she didnt tell me if it was healthy or not... would you sugget i try it
i didnt say i was gonna do it i was just thinking about i also just thought about running everyday eating right and doing 100 pushups a day
