I am 6 foot 2 inches tall. I weigh 164 pounds.
I have a relatively flat chest.
I can max out at 95 pounds on "Bench Press"

I am wondering this...

I do want to build strength, definition, and get larger arms.

I do not want to get freakishly huge.

What is better to use for my needs: Optimum Nutrition "Classic" or "Gold Standard" Protein.
