It is normal,and when it will erect/hard it will not be notice so don't worry.

there's a medical condition, I forget what it is called, where one of the sacs doesn't engorge with blood properly and this can cause the penis to bend in that direction. My understanding is that it usually gets better on its own after a bit of time. You should probably see a doctor just to be sure, but it is just one of those things that happens to some people sometimes. Again, my understanding is that it corrects itself over time.

I am sure it is a bit disturbing to have it, but I also understand it isn't a serious problem from the medical point of view.

Unless it's making a 90 degree turn, it shouldn't be a problem and is not really abnormal.
