You won't know for sure the amount of horsepower gained unless you install it on your car and then put your car on a dynamometer (dyno). Thats the only way you will actually know how much power you have gained.

Is that the only thing you are going to be adding? Never heard of the intake burning an engine... that make this thing called bypass value if you live in raining area - doesn't hurt to have one... if you are going to upgrade one might as well upgrade everything. The lighter it is the faster you'll go... =0) have fun!!

Still not a lot. Its all about upgrading ALL the breathing components to get good gains (exhaust, headers, intake manifold). Expect the gain to be in the midrange and expect to LOSE some power in the lower range.

Stock motor? Probably anywhere from 5-10 hp.

This also depends on if you get a cold air or short ram intake, either way it's not much of a difference. If you live in a rainy climate try to stay away from cold air intakes due to risk of sucking water into your motor which could cause a lot of damage.

truthfully, from such a small displacement N/A engine you may gain NOTHING and may lose power if anything on an otherwise stock vehicle

any kind of intake design that has the air filter sitting inside the engine bay is NOT a good design- more of a hot air intake (which is how many of these 'cold air intakes' are)

now if your car was forced induction, it may be a different story...however, your factory air box is probably more then sufficient for the HP level of the car until it is producing HP well beyond the factory rating

your money is best spent elsewhere (ex. saving for a swap) if you are serious about building anything remotely fast

the comment on "you'll burn out your engine" had me laughing...you have a better chance at getting hit by lightning while traveling at 88mph and going 'back to the future' lol

A small amount, 10 horse. But warning you will burn out the engine! thats a fact. My own son didnt understand the phisics of air flow. You need to change a few items if you do the air. As you go you will find each thing sets off more problems. They spent how much building designing the car and a weekend lad wants to improve on it . Not a good idea just get a k and n filter
