It is very old so if your answer is about tv serials created after 1980 it is wrong answer, they showed it in 1970'th from TV.
the only thing I remember about it, is the beginning part of every episode where a UFO kind round ship coming up from bottom of ocean while it was spinning around itself, then it come out of water and stand in the air for awhile and ...then episode begins.
