umm i think treadmill cuz ur holding all your weight up
I think that the treadmill would be best. You're sitting on an exercise bike, so you're not working out your entire body. On a treadmill, you stand up. You also support your entire body weight when you stand up.
does it matter, we are all going to die anyway
treadmill. because running gets more oxygen to your head. exercise bike only makes your legs stronger
