2000 chevy impala headlight connector problem?

the center lighbulb for the driver side headlight wont turn on, i know its not the bulb b/c it works on all the others sockets. and the connector to the bulb isnt bad because i tested it and it has current going thru it.
i though it could be build up in the connector but that wasnt it.
so i dont know what it could be.
i have been checking the same exact bulb
 
if you are checking the other sockets on the same light housing that could be you re problem are the bulbs all the same number some lights have different elements in them you could be testing the wrong park of the bulb for example high low beam maybe your re checking daylight running light instead of driving light just a thought make sure you check with the same exact bulb
