How to download videos like music videos off the internet to my Window movie maker.?

ok i need help! =]
I need to know how you download a video from youtube, without downloading software and crap..
then i need to know how you get your downloaded video onto your wmm...
im blonde so im dumb haha.. not all blondes are dumb though..lol i just got off topic but yeah please help =]
