Why is ATT yahoo dropping flickr pro accounts down to free? ?

Why is AT&T Yahoo DSL dropping our Flickr accounts down to the free level? It was my understanding that giving us the free pro account was to replace the large yahoo photos accounts we got when we signed up for the DSL. Does anybody feel as irritated at this as I do?
 
Nobody was buying them....The Flickr account is no where near the old yahoo photos account.....

I used the photos account to store pictures sent through my email...
when I couldn't do that , I questioned someone at Flickr why that was... he told me Flickr was primarily designed for camera phone captures....
