how to erase everything off of LG EnV2?

im selling my enV2 on ebay. and i wanna make sure i delete everything off of it. i got most of everything, but when i go to "my number" it still shows my phone number. even though i have a new phone already. when i do a test call it says my number is not activated yet. im afraid whoever buys it will be able to activate my number and be a creaper about it. how can i clear everything out so nothing shows on it.
my girlfriend messed with my pin number and cant remember it any more. how can i reset that without activiating the phone?

    nvm it was 4444 lolol

What you need to do is go into settings>security which it will ask you for a 4 digit pin which will be the last 4 of your phone number. Then there should be a list of options such as erase contacts and also reset default and restore phone which will automatically change every feature you have changed, back to standard options just like it was fresh out of the box hope i helped! good luck

    Phone Programming

To perform the programming that the phone is requesting, you will need to dial *228, Send, and select option 1 when prompted. It is also recommended to dial *228, Send, and select option 2 every thirty days to keep your phone updated to the towers.
