Ok, so recently my mom has really been on my case about not getting enough iron and protein and it's driving me crazy. She is right though, I mostly eat Ramen noodles or other stuff that don't have a lot of nutrients. Btw, I'm not the pre-planned eater type, so I just eat whatever vegetarian thing I can put together, which usually means some kind of junk food. She says she's started noticing dark circles around my eyes and also, my brain gets really wiped out really quickly. If I don't start eating well soon I think she's going to force me to eat meat! Any suggestions for food that are iron or protein rich?
