Laptop need a converter here? Or the internet doing crazy things?

Okay, I have gone through 4 laptops in a little over a year. Everytime the wi-fi goes first then the computer. Now I've got a brand new MAC and it's wi-fi is getting weird too.... I'm not sure if it's my computer or China messing with the internet...

Converter is a must if you are a frequent traveler between China and US.

Well I have burnt out a few WI-FI cards only because I hooked an antenna up to the card, in other words I was overpowering the card with to much power. If you are in China it may not be the Chinese who are doing weird things to the internet they would just come in and confiscate your computer if you were hitting sites that you should not access in China. You may have to put a power supply filter from the wall then to your laptop. Check to see how many WI-FI signals you are picking up if you have a lot then I would suggest you turn down the power settings of the card itself.
