...(ATT)? Pros and cons please.

I want to use messaging, maybe a little internet surfing (but i'm sure i'd survive without 3g). How good is windows Mobile? What is the best mobile web browser? And if you own a smartphone, what kind is it and what apps do you have?

And on ATT all smart phones seem to require a special smartphone plan (evil!!!), so thats not a factor.

I own a q9m on verizon.
its the 9c on ATT.
If you don't want data wm smartphones are great.
I have movie players, free games, twitter apps.
I have 200.00 in software on my phone plus freeware.
BB require a data plan.
wm devices allow you to pay as you go but its costly.
the best browser is in beta and called Skyfire.
you get flash on sites and everything.
