Hi... My uncle has recently got internet with Virgin as broadband provider. Now hes got a laptop that he wants to use too. but the Virgin modem has no wi-fi and only one Socket for Ethernet cable. I was told from Technical support to buy router with Etherner cable socket, that the internet would work.. I got that. But When I done all. The internet didnt work and it showed as Local conection only. I wonder if anyone have Virgin too and have done it over router too and how did you manage to do it to make it work.
