These are more common sense then in the book, but I'd say:
1) Cut down on sugary and greasy foods.
2) Eat 6 small meals a day, rather than 3.
3) Make home cooked meals instead of eating out all the time

uhh well let me try(dont sue me if im wrong!)
1.Eat 3 main meals with snacks a day,consisting of balanced portions of each food group (haha lol sounds cool)
2.Cut down on fats,sugars,salt and oils(maybe humm)

do your hw first thing when you get to school
don't eat too much, eat the right foods, eat smaller meals several times a day rather that just one or two big meals.
just try basic things like eat fruit and eat veggies
