    (HOMEWORK) List and explain 3 basic principles of eating healthy?

    I forgot my book at school we had a sub and I get really nervous i need help with this=[

    These are more common sense then in the book, but I'd say:
    1) Cut down on sugary and greasy foods.
    2) Eat 6 small meals a day, rather than 3.
    3) Make home cooked meals instead of eating out all the time

    uhh well let me try(dont sue me if im wrong!)

    1.Eat 3 main meals with snacks a day,consisting of balanced portions of each food group (haha lol sounds cool)

    2.Cut down on fats,sugars,salt and oils(maybe humm)

    3.uhh im out of ideas.

    don't eat too much, eat the right foods, eat smaller meals several times a day rather that just one or two big meals.
