We read that Egypt has finally allowed Apple to sell its iPhone on their soil. But only after the GPS has been removed. For the privilege Apple are charging £463 for an iPhone in downtown Cairo.

An iPhone with no GPS, would you buy one for £463 pounds ? and what is it with the Egyptian government, surely a GPS phone would come in quite handy with all that desert ?
