Does my hamster have wet tail?

Okay so I was doing some research on it -- my dwarf hamster Boo has recently gotten a "wet bottom". I do not smell a foul odor, I do not see her bottom caked with her own feces, she's awake and active, chewing at the bars like she normally does when I walk by her cage to be let out -- so I don't know. Wet tail seems a lot more serious than this and I do recall having hamsters that did. Could this be something else?

The only thing I've noticed is that she's been sneezing more recently. She burrows herself into the bedding and basically lives under there because it's been colder out and my mother leaves the windows/doors open. So the temp has been fine now, I change her bedding often, she gets fresh food/water, occasionally I give her some sweet treats, she's still active. I don't know! It went from sneezing to her wet bottom. So I may just take her to the vet to settle this before something actually serious does happen.

Any tips ?
