How do you operate a Blu-ray?Plug in to what with what?

Is it operated from a computer outlet to TV,or directly from the wall outlet,Blu-ray,into the TV set?

Blu-ray players are similar in size & shape to a regular dvd player. If your TV has a HDMI input, that's the recommended connection to get the best picture. But you can still use the component video out (red, green, blue), S-video, or analog coax (yellow) outputs to a TV. It is also preferred to view Blu-ray movies on a TV that has a resolution of 1080p. That's what I have & the picture is awesome. G'day!
