    this is what i eat everyday - is it healthy?

    breakfast
    quinoa
    soy milk

    snack

    banana

    lunch
    rice
    chicken
    vegetables

    snack
    apple

    dinner
    salad
    tofu or fish

    Yes this is very healthy. Make sure your satisfied with this though if you don't feel like this satisfies you eat some more.
