are they a mail in reabate of 100 dollors so if this is true the phone cost 9.00 but would really cost 9.99 i just need to know if this is true thanx

yeah you pay $229,.99 or whatever, get the phone, mail in your rebate and then a month or two later your check comes in the mail for $100

thats how rebates work, you pay the full amount and the company sends you back a check, somehow thats better for the compnay then putting it on a straight sale
