My verizon Westell 327 wireless modem disconnects at the same times?

I get disonnected (the internet light goes off) at 6:38 am and pm, 10:38,am and pm and 2:38 am and pm for 40 minutes each. If you notice the times are exactly 4 hours apart. I have tried calling verizon several times about the problem and they are never able to help me fix it. Some tech guy will go through a series of steps with me and it never works! Does anyone know what could be the cause and how I could fix this problem? Its so annoying and inconvenient!!!

Me too, I get disco and the only way to reconnect is unplug from electric outlet and plug it back.
