Are the Jaguars or Chargers a bigger disappointment this season?

Norv Turner has never strung together two winning seasons as a head coach, so I'm not surprised the Chargers have fallen off this year. The Jags looked so promising last season but looked awful against the toothless Texans. In your opinion, which team is a bigger disappointment?

the chargers were facing higher expectations and were expected to dominate or at least win some big games in their tough schedule. they have done neither.

Let's make this unanimous, the Charger's. The Jag's have been hit hard by the injured list and the Charger's are led by, well enough said.

The Jaguars are the biggest disappointment in my opinion. Having a great season last year finishing with an 11-5 record, doing something that has never been done EVER and that is to beat the Steelers IN Pittsburgh TWICE in one season, one being their playoff win in the snow. Also had a great showing against the then undefeated Patriots.

Jaguars were a HIGH preseason favorite, but Injuries have depleated them. Their Entire interior offensive line have been hurt. Both Guards have been out for the season since week 2. Their starting Center has been out since basically last year, just now came back in week 11.

And one of their back up gaurds that they re-signed got injured, Chris Naole. Not to mention The offensive linemen who got shot 16 times.

It's been a bad season. With this offensive line hurt, the running game cannot get started. When that can't get started, the Passing game isn't as effective. When they don't flow. Jaguars do not win.

Jags will step it up next season. Since Del Rio came into the league they have had one good season then one upsetting season. Back and fourth. They'll be back next season.

Id say the Chargers. When the best TE in the NFL is catching 2 passes a game (last night he didnt even catch a pass), you know something is going on.

I think a lot of people over looked the Chargers tough schedule.
Carolina, Denver (2), Miami, New England, Atlanta, Tampa Bay, Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, NY Jets, and New Orleans are all playoff or possible playoff teams. They hung tough in all of those games with the margin being between 3 and 7 points.

The Jaguars defense was a huge let down this year. They also lacked a passing game. They can't rely on Drew and the aging Taylor to win most of their games for them. They really need to open up their playbook.

Got to be the Chargers. The AFC West is a weaker division the the AFC South for starters. Rivers, Tomlinson, Gates on offence. A Offensive line that has in the main been together for a number of years. And a defence full of talent. They have been a total letdown.

THe San Diego Chargers have been a much bigger dissappointment than the Jaguars. The Chargers were supposed to dominate that division that they play in, Jacksonville was hardly even expected to be a wild card contender.

The Chargers because of all the talking and squawking by their fans. It's unbelievable how quiet Charger fans have become.
