    wow thats fucking hot. but what you're losing is electrolytes that energize your body. so probably something like vitamin water or gatorade should help you or you could take vitamin supplementary pills.

    fruit, have some near by to snack on. Chocolate, water and coffee.
    Dont forget to eat lunch...
