    Is it ok for a 12 yearold to take a 1000mg fish oil capsule?

    I want to stay healthy and I was wondering if it was safe to take it.

    yes, it's actually really good for young kids as it contains EFA's that are necessary for proper heart and brain health.

    Fish oil is healthy it wont bother you, but you should let an adult know your taking it.
