If i get a verizon wireless prepaid phone, and i use all of minutes, could i still talk to other verizon users unlimited??
also, if i have no minutes left, can i still text??

no an no. you need to have money on it. if you bought unlimited txt or talk for 30 days or w/e then you only need to have 1 cent in the do so.
