I need to remove my Audi A3 driver door panel: can someone help me ?

How to remove Audi A3 ('96-'03) driver door panel ?

Remove:
2x screws high up on left and right of the panel
1x screw inside the door pull
Then remove the oval plastic cover
2x screws behind the plastic cover
Lift the panel up and then away from the door
