Lg Chocolate Phone Question? Scan disk Question?

I have a scandisk 2 gb to save my memory ...i never had a problem until now..i can see my videos and pictures and music...when i try to play my music or video they wont play..the videos have a black screen when i try to play them...music says file cant be supoorted...would you please tell me what's wrong...i tried calling tech support...?
i dont even know where i can put the scandisk card @ on my labtop..i have a scandisk adapter and sd adapter..i can put my scandisk 2 gb inside the scandisk adapter..all this technical stuff is driving me crazy....i didnt know you can develop a virus on these scandisk...shoot thats crazy
