I bought an Audi A4 from a dealership and about 5 months later my car broke down. I took to a Davidson Auto Center and they basically told me i needed a new engine and that i had no compression in the engine. When the car broke there was oil that was coming out. the car would start but RPM's were VERY shaky and would die or drop very low when i pushed on the gas. There was nothing wrong with the car except a cat. conv. problem which i was told wasnt major problem. The check engine light came on about 1 minute before the car went out. It has about 75k millage. I'm only 20 years old and cannot afford a new car. I still owe a lot on this Audi. Is there anyway that this isn't a major problem or that i wont have to do an engine swap?
