it has to be on your phone if tis on your phone go to your provider

You need to log in to your MSN messenger on your computer first, and go to the mobile settings and set it up. They will text your phone a code, and you have to enter that code on your computer. After you do that, it should work-you will sign on with the same name and password on your phone that you do on the computer, and you can only be signed in on one device at a time.
