take the roller chain out from the cam drive and put in a gear drive that makes a little more whine than chain
you could also probably run a timing gear setup instead of a timing chain, they typically tend to be very noisy and give you that "supercharged" whine to the engine.
So.....you want your engine to sound like it's falling apart? And rather than getting a blower or turbo, you want to drill holes into things?
What on earth do you think you're doing to your car? It should be whining just from you abusing it.
the more you restrict airflow to a smaller area (not the amount) you will get that sound, a wider intake but narrow, imagine a vacuum cleaner head but wider fitted like a cold air intake to the carb or throttle body.A little imagination and flex hose.
