Monday- Circuit Trining: 8 pull ups, 24 push ups, 40 sit ups, 40 squats, 1 min on the jump rope. 5 circuits.

Tuesday- HIIT Training: 30 sec high intensity on the jump rope, 1 min jog. x8 intervals.

Wednesday- Same as Monday (circuit training)

THursday- Same as tuesday (HIIT Training)

Friday- Same as monday (circuit training)

Saturday- same as Tuesday (HIIT training)
 
It could. Just make sure you are doing enough or not overdoing your workout. If you want to build muscles, then you may want to do a little more than that.
 
it will work butt you need to lift some wieght with your trainingg and also dont reaptt the samee workout over and overr againn becausee you will gett a muscle momeryy so everyy time you do your workoutt increasee your reps, sets and your cardio workout.

depends how you wanna get, if your trying to get bigger meaning gain muscle you should be doing twice as that
or depends how old you are
