Monday- Circuit Trining: 8 pull ups, 24 push ups, 40 sit ups, 40 squats, 1 min on the jump rope. 5 circuits.

Tuesday- HIIT Training: 30 sec high intensity on the jump rope, 1 min jog. x8 intervals.

Wednesday- Same as Monday (circuit training)

THursday- Same as tuesday (HIIT Training)

Friday- Same as monday (circuit training)

Saturday- same as Tuesday (HIIT training)
