If i go to best buy to buy an iphone, will they set up my plan there? and i can someone tell me how that all works and such, im really confused.

Some At&T stores will activate for you, some want you to do it yourself online. It's not hard. The manual it comes with pretty much doesn't say anything. Because it's very easy to figure out on your own. The Apple people did this on purpose so people don't need a manual to learn first. Even those with no tech background can pretty much see what to do.

No They Won't you have to buy it there then go to an AT&T store to get a sim card and have them activate it
