Are there any genuine work at home internet jobs?

I am currently disabled and cant even walk right now,making employment near impossible.However I have bills & NEED a source of income! I hear of all sorts of different work at home internet opportunities but I also know there are more scams out there than legit work at home opportunities. I'm looking for something I dont have to pay to be a part of. Does anyone have any suggestions for some genuine work at home jobs where I can work from my computer?

I'm actually looking for a work-at-home job myself. It's very easy to get caught up in spams and it makes looking for a job at home INCREDIBLY difficult. I hope you get a LEGIT answer. I'm searching high and low myself the second I find anything interesting I WILL reply again.

Where are you located? that may help as well.
