No its a lie. The rich send the poor to war, that 's why Americas' schools are failing because the rich want the poor kept dumb. The rich fear most an informed public.

My daughter and son-in-law are in the military. They weren't poor when they joined...they aren't poor now. They've served in Iraq and Afghanistan. They serve their country, not their pocketbook.
