Will it resolve the jet lag issue? Or worsen it?
It wouldn't resolve the issue at all.
Say it is 22:00 here in Melbourne, Australia, and I suddenly appear in London, England, where the time is 11:00, my body will still feel as though it is 22:00, even though it is a completely different time where I am.
This is what jet lag is - when your body clock doesn't match that of the city you're in. I don't think there is any way around jet lag, and while we can get around the world in under 24 hours, we will always have this problem.
