my car makes a buzzing sound around the fuel tank area and it also smells...

the buzzing sound is the fuel pump gong out on it that's the sound they make when they start to go bad the smell of gas though shouldn't be there unless you have a line leaking on it,you need to have that one checked real soon ,i wouldn't drive it with the smell of gas being present on it that could be a gas line leaking on it,good luck.

it is possible that the fuel injectors need to be freplaced
