Workout Routines/Programs?

Recently I have been going to the gym and just working on whatever, but I really would like a program to work on. I'm only 15 and I weigh about 150. I'd consider myself to be pretty average for my age.

Ive searched some programs on the computer and theres so many. I found one site and it had a tonne to choose from and is way too hard.
I dont want to be like a body builder or whatever but I want to have muscles and strength. I want a program that will also help with weight loss too since I still have a bit of fat.

Please send me links to a website that will help or program or anything.
