you may have a vacuum leak, check all vacuum lines. have any adjustments on the carb been made since it did idle? if so, there are two screws that control the idle circuit in the carb these are located in the front of the carb at the base. thread them in counting how many turns then back them out like two- two and a half times. try to run it again. if it still won't idle you'll have to disassemmble the carb. chances are there is junk clogging the idle circuit.
It sounds like your truck is possessed in the video. Start with a fuel fressure test. just pop the fuel line off and put it in a bottle and make sure its pumping good, that truck doesnt need much fuel pressure. next up set the ignition timing. If thats ok, assuming the carb was recently rebuilt, its probably a matter of adjusting the carburator. You cant just slap it on, you have to tune it and adjust the idle,
