My wife a Korean and will be moving permanently to the US in about 20 days on a CR-1 Visa. We didn't have time to take a honeymoon in Korea and would like to go to Mexico. Will it be possible to take a vacation or would that nullify her visa?

I don't believe she can leave and re-enter the US on her Visa, I would verify this with the immigration department.
