Where I can find Nokia 6085 Theme Maker?

I've downloaded Carbide.ui Theme Edition 3.3 and selected 40 series, after that I created my theme and package theme. When I use it in my nokia 6085 it says corrupted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is there any good theme editor? plus Carbide.ui Theme Edition 3.3 is F*cking slow!!!
