    I need to lose weight?

    I need to lose about 20 pounds to wrestle. What can I do to lose this weight? I weightlift every other day in the morning and when im not weightlifting I do ab work. I go to practice everyday but sunday and holidays. Im still not cutting weight. I try to eat about 6 times a day low calorie intake and im still not cutting weight... Im 6 foot even and about 190 pounds. Please help

    I think you're building muscle and that adds weight. You should cut down on the strength training and focus on cardio. See http:///www.weewinkle.com/shopaholic.htm for anything that might interest you.
