Question about Kaspersky Internet Security?

So I just got this because my other virus thing expired and best buy said it was the best protection but now when I have it running it makes the internet nearly impossible to use and pages just freeze and say not responding and exit out of themselves and waiting for things to load is a very long time. Should I turn it off and then turn it on to scan once a day or should I disable something to make it run smoother? What should I disable? Thank you so much for the help it's much appreciated

install malwarebytes anti-malware and superantispyware ,and then in safe mode F8 run both one of the time , and what it finds you delete.
then install anti virus avast,avira or avg they are free and also put firewall comodo pro its free too.

Do you have the Parental control on? if so try turning it off and see if that works. Do you have Banner block on? if so try turning that off and see what happens. If this don't work try joining Kaspersky forum they can help more then Answers can. Yoy can get to the forum on your program.

Just click on KIS icon the >support and you will see Users forum just creat a free account with password and username and you ready to go.

They are going to want you to create a GSI report this will tell them if anything on your computer is the cause to your problem that might be conflicting with KIS.
