file converter in the internet.?

is there a file converter in the internet? because i want a song on youtube that is not avalible on itunes, and would like to have in on my ipod.

any help.

www.vixy.net and www.mediaconverter.org
i use these two all the time to convert it from youtube..there are a couple of others as well but i prefer them two, specially the 2nd one =]
