Hi, I have quite a long commute to work (about 90mins each way) and i find i have trouble adjusting my sleep pattern to it normally. Before xmas, i was getting really tired on the train home and completely conking out, then waking up to walk home, then my evening would be a bit of write-off as i'd either be too tired to do anything or worried that if i did too much i'd be even worse the next day. After my xmas holiday this situation went away but it's starting again - on Friday night I was out pretty much from the moment i got home to the next morning! What can I do to avoid this 'conking out' so I can enjoy my evenings and not just drift from one day to the next going to work and that's it. Thanks!

ps one thing i have done is join the gym which will prob make it worse in the short-term but better in the long
