What's the quickest and easiest way to maximise weightloss?

I'm currently 60kg and 157cm tall. My BMI is almost to the end of the healthy weight range. In 6 weeks I will be holidaying in Vanuatu. I have a gym membership and try to go atleast 4 times per week. I walk 5.8km to the gym and then 1.1km from the gym to my work. Occasionally I will also walk 6.1km home. At the gym, I do 20mins on the treadmill at a speed of 5.5km p/h. I then either go on the Cross-trainer or the bike for 20mins. I am not a big eater, usually eating a small snack or meal for lunch then having a medium sized dinner. I drink an average of 1.5-2L of water per day. I have already lost 4kg over 6 weeks, but would like a quicker way of losing the weight and toning up. My gym also does classes, if there are any suggestions about classes. Thanks, I'm desperate!
